What time do you wake up?

If I am not working, between 8 and 9 a.m.

What do you sleep in?

I love a nice silk slip or boxers and a tee.

Is anyone in bed with you?

My English bulldog, Oti.

What’s your first order of business in the morning?

Coffee and my facial routine.

What’s the first thing you do with your phone?

Check the weather.

What’s the first thing you read?

Online news outlets in NYC like the Daily News and Canadian news outlets like the Calgary Herald and The Globe and Mail.

What’s on your bedside table?

My vitamins. I find having them beside my bed helps me into a routine of taking them before I go to sleep each night.

What’s your favorite thing about your bedroom?

The light in the morning. I have floor-to-ceiling windows, so it’s always bright in the a.m.!

What do you eat and drink for breakfast?

I love to make smoothies in my Vitamix. I’ll usually do some frozen fruit, greens, and a bit of almond milk.

Who’s the first person you speak to in the morning?

Usually? My mom.

How do you mentally prepare yourself for the day?

I like to take a few minutes to myself. Usually I’ll do some easy mat work on the floor—just stretching and awakening my body.

Shower, bath, or do you do it later in the day?

Shower in the a.m.

What is your morning skincare regime?

I wash my face with iS Clinical Cleansing Complex—it’s a nice, light cleanser. Tone with Biologique Recherche P50 lotion, then iS Clinical Active Serum. For face oil, I use Jordan Samuel skin. I then apply La Roche-Posay Nutrition Intense moisturizer, SK-II eye cream, and Glossier lip balm.

What are your a.m. hair vibes?

If I’m not working, I usually head to the gym. I like to have my hair pulled back, so I’ll usually put a little moisturizing treatment into it and slick it back into a nice tight pony.

What makeup products do you use on a daily basis?

Laura Mercier concealer, Shiseido Full Lash mascara, Glossier Boy Brow, Rosie For Autograph Starstruck Highlighter, and a Nars blush palette.

In the kitchen, cooking up a storm.

If you’re going out, how do you change your look?

I incorporate bold colors. For instance, a red lip, smoky eye, heels with classic denim.

What’s your favorite way to relax and unwind in the evening?

A good meal, game night, and wine with my girlfriends.

What book are you reading?

A Little Life by Hanya Yanagihara.

What’s your secret evening guilty pleasure?

Cheesy movies.

What’s your favorite way to take a look from morning to moonlight?

Putting on a heel and letting my hair down.

Do you prefer an end-of-day bath or shower?

I love an evening bath with essential oils and epsom salts.

What is your evening skincare routine?

I’ll cleanse my face. If I have quite a bit of makeup on I’ll use The After Show cleanser from Jordan Samuel. It melts off all the makeup. Then I’ll do a nice mask, toner, oil, and moisturizer.

What is your evening hair routine?

I use a quarter-size amount of Christophe Robin’s lavender hair oil, comb it through, and twist hair up into a bun.

What is the last beauty product you use at night?

Moisturizer, always.

What are your bedtime rituals?

A bath! I roll on a blend of essential oils that help me relax when I get out of the bath. I try to read before I fall asleep, and I stay off my phone.

What time do you go to bed? What time do you go to sleep?

I’m a bit of a night owl, so I struggle to get into bed early. I’ll try to get into bed by 11 so I can be asleep before midnight!
