I forgot my account password. How do I reset it?
Simply click the account icon or sign in link and choose Reset Password. Next, check your inbox for an email to reset it. You'll be back into your account in no time.
How can I update my account information?
You can make changes by logging into your account and updating your contact information.
How do I update my shipping address?
Our system saves all shipping addresses you've used to make a purchase. Click View Address to view, add or change an address each time you check out.
How do I opt out of receiving emails?
Go to the bottom of the Account Information section and click Unsubscribe. You can also unsubscribe by navigating to the bottom of the latest email you received and clicking Unsubscribe. We're sorry to see you go, but you're welcome back at any time.

How do I place an order?
Checking out is easy.
• Step 1: Enter your shipping address. • Step 2: Choose the credit card you'd like to use and enter your payment information. Enter a new billing address if it's different from your shipping address. You have the opportunity to add or delete a shipping address with each order. • Step 3: Review your order summary. If you have a promo code or gift card, you may enter it here. Click Submit to complete your purchase.
How do I add a promotional code?
You can enter a promo code in the discount code field on the checkout page. Please note, only one promo code is allowed per order, and bundles and sale items are excluded from promotional offers.
How long will my order take to process?
Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email that includes your order number. Please allow approximately 3-5 business days for fulfillment and an additional delivery 4-7 business days for delivery. Expedited orders must be placed by 10 a.m. PT to ship the same day and will be delivered 2 business days after fulfillment confirmation. We do not offer Saturday delivery.
Please note: Expect longer fulfillment times during heavy volume periods such as a product launch or promotional period.
How do I know when my order has shipped?
We'll be in touch as soon as your order ships. The email will contain a tracking link that you can click for detailed shipping information.
How do I view my order details?
To view current or past order details, go to My Account. You can view a list of all purchases by order number and click on any order number for detailed information.
Can I cancel my order?
We begin processing your order as soon as it's received. For this reason, we're not able to cancel or change your order once it has been submitted.
Do you charge sales tax?
Orders shipping to any state where sales tax is applicable by law will be charged.
Do you price match?
Currently, we're in our busiest promotional period of the year, and as a result, we're unable to accommodate price matching.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, Diner's Club, PayPal, Shop Pay and Afterpay. When your credit card is authorized, funds are put on hold until the transaction is complete. All purchases require bank authorization prior to shipping. Only authorized orders will be processed and shipped. Your billing information must be exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. Be sure to correctly spell city names and avoid using abbreviations, unless that's how it appears on your statement.
Why was my credit card declined?
If a debit card or check card is used to make a purchase at Rose Inc and the purchase is not accepted for any reason, please be aware that most banks will continue to hold the "authorized" funds (counting against the account balance until the authorization clears) even if the order is not accepted. The most common reason for a failed transaction is that the billing address entered does not match the billing address for the debit/check/credit card being used for payment. Rose Inc uses an Address Verification System (AVS) that will reject any transaction for a billing address mismatch for security measures. Rose Inc does not have the capability nor is it obligated to release the bank's temporary hold of authorized funds. Since Rose Inc does not have the capability to release the bank's temporary hold of funds, Rose Inc cannot be held responsible for the policies of the customer's banking institution regarding the holding of authorized funds. Please note that authorization fund holds last for varying periods, depending on the issuing credit card company's policy. This period may last as little as three days or as long as several months. If such a situation arises, we suggest that the customer contact the issuing credit card company or bank directly.
How does Afterpay work?
In short: Buy now, pay later. With Afterpay, you can pay for your purchase in four equal installments, every two weeks. There are no additional fees when payments are made on time. Approval is instant, so you can check out quickly and easily.
Shipping
What shipping options do you offer?
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 within the contiguous US (before tax and shipping, and after promotional discounts). No promotional code is required for redemption. We also offer Expedited 2-day shipping for an additional cost at checkout. 2-day shipping may be turned off during heavy promotional periods. We do not offer international shipping or shipping to PO/APO boxes at this time.
For UK customers, please visit one of our retail partners for localized shipping methods and speeds along with any associated costs. Rose Inc is available at Space NK, Cult Beauty, Sephora UK, Liberty London, and NET-A-PORTER.

Do I have to sign for my package?
To protect your delivery, US orders $200+ will require a signature at delivery.
What if my package is marked delivered, but I did not receive it?
If your package is marked delivered and it still has not been received within 4 business days, please reach out to the Rose Inc concierge team at customercare@roseinc.com and we will discuss next steps from there.
Any eligible resends will have Signature Required added to ensure correct delivery. No further resends or refunds will be given after second shipping attempt.
If your order is over $200 and is showing as being signed for, please contact FedEx to initiate a claim.
Any orders shipped to a freight forwarding or hotel address are not eligible for replacement/reshipment.
Does Rose Inc ship to freight forwarders?
Rose Inc does not ship to known freight forwarders or temporary accommodation addresses such as hotels. Any orders placed shipping to a suspected freight forwarder or hotel address will be cancelled.
If by chance your order does ship to a freight forwarder or temporary accommodation, Rose Inc will not be liable for any damage, defect, or loss that occurs. Any order addressed to a Hotel, Airbnb, or similar temporary accommodation is placed at the customer's own risk. Replacements nor refunds will be provided for orders or items that are reported missing, stolen, lost or damaged that are reasonably believed to have be delivered to a temporary accommodation.
Returns
What is your return policy?
If you're not completely satisfied with your Rose Inc purchase for any reason, you can return it for a refund within 7 days from its ship date. All returns will be refunded to the original method of payment that was used to process the order, if the items in your order are unused. Used items can not be refunded. If the return has not been approved through customer service, our Concierge Team, the return will not be accepted. Please return the product within 7 business days of receiving your merchandise return label. If you choose to receive a refund, you will be responsible for shipping your product back to us. Please allow 2-3 weeks to process your return. A credit will appear on your statement within 14 business days, depending on your financial institution. After your return is approved, you will receive a refund confirmation email. We can only accept returns for orders placed on RoseInc.com. Products purchased through RoseInc.com may not be returned or exchanged at any retail location. If you purchased Rose Inc products at a retailer, please contact them to initiate a return.
Please note, all sale, sets and discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned.
If a gift with purchase was included with the order, please send back the gift with purchase item along with the returned item. We will not refund an order unless all items included gift are returned as well. When the product is returned to our facility, it may take 10-14 business days for your process to return. After your return is processed, you will receive a refund confirmation email.
Returns are limited to three (3) within a 30-day period, per customer.
How do I start a return?

Yes, Rose Inc is Leaping Bunny certified, which requires that all parties in the supply chain — including ingredient suppliers — do not test ingredients or products on animals.
Are your products dermatologist tested?
All products are dermatologist tested and safe for sensitive skin.
Are your products safe for pregnancy?
All of our products have been formulated to the highest standards of safety and use ingredients that are considered safe for anyone pregnant and/or nursing. However, we still like to suggest consulting with your doctor prior to use.
When do products expire?
All unopened products have a two-year shelf life. All of our products feature a PAO (Period After Opening) symbol that reflects shelf life of the product once opened.
How many days of usage can I expect to get from Rose Inc skincare products?
The average Rose Inc skincare use-up rate is 8-12 weeks.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured with foreign components in the United States and Italy.
Why do shades on the website look different in person?
To provide you with the best experience, we go through rounds of reviews for accurate color matching. While we do our best to ensure that shades on our website are shown as closely as possible to their physical appearance, some discrepancies from screen viewing are expected. For shade matching assistance, we recommend using our Virtual Try-On tool or contacting us directly customercare@roseinc.com.

Ingredient Information
Where do the ingredients you make come from? Are they sustainably sourced?
Two of our proprietary bioengineered botanicals, plant-derived squalane and hemisqualane, are sustainably sourced from sugarcane in Brazil. The field we source from sits beside a facility where bagasse from our sugarcane stock is used for energy cogeneration, with excess energy released back to the power grid. There is no additional water needed to produce the sugar outside of natural rainfall.
How is squalane made?
The squalane in Rose Inc formulas is derived from a patented biological process that uses Brazilian sugarcane. This sugarcane meets international sustainability standards, and final manufacturing is done in the United States.
Do you use GMO ingredients?
We avoid using GMO ingredients whenever possible, and our Brazilian sugarcane feedstock is non-GMO. The end products, squalane and hemisqualane, do not contain any GMO materials.
Are your products organic?
Because there is no universal certification or even definition of "organic," we carefully choose our ingredients to make sure they are safe for humans and the planet, but we do not disqualify non-organic ingredients.
Are your products soy & nut-free?
Although many of our products do not contain soy or nuts, none of our products are certified nut or soy free. As always, we encourage customers who have serious allergies to consult a doctor or conduct a patch test before using any product.
What other ingredients do you use in your products?
Yes, Rose Inc products are formulated to be gluten-free but may be manufactured in a facility that processes gluten products.

How do I start using Subscribe & Save?
First, select an item that is eligible for subscription. Next, select how often you would like to have it delivered. Once you confirm your subscription, you can easily skip, pause, change the delivery frequency or cancel the order up to 5 business days before it’s scheduled to ship.
What happens after I set up Subscribe & Save?
By selecting Place My Order, you confirm that your subscription will automatically renew and your credit card will be charged according to the price listed on the order summary until you cancel your subscription. You can cancel your subscription at any time.
How does Auto-Renew work?
Your subscription will automatically renew on a recurring basis at which time your credit card will be charged for the subscription products, including applicable shipping and handling fees, until you cancel.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, go to the Subscriptions page in your account and select Cancel next to the item.

How to change my subscription payment method?

How do I change my delivery day?
You may change the next delivery date for your subscription up to 5 business days before the order is sent to fulfillment (typically 2-3 days prior to shipping). Go to Manage Subscriptions and select a new delivery date. Please note: changes made to delivery dates are applied to all scheduled orders.
How do I skip my next delivery?
You may skip upcoming subscriptions up to 5 business days before it’s scheduled to ship in your account. Simply go to the Manage Subscription page and follow the prompts.
How do I make changes to my subscription address?
You can edit your shipping address for subscription deliveries at any time under Manage Subscription in your account.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You may cancel your Subscribe & Save subscription at any time under Manage Subscriptions in your account, or by contacting our Concierge team. Cancellations must be made at least 5 business days before the next order is scheduled to ship.
Cancellations made within 5 business days of your next shipment date will go into effect on the following order and all subsequent scheduled deliveries. Please note that any items scheduled for delivery before the cancellation takes effect will be shipped.
Refunds for fees paid prior to the subscription cancellation date cannot be made. Returns for items purchased through the Subscribe & Save service are subject to our Return Policy.
